📜 Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum 2 passengers required to avail the package

• Hotel check-in/check-out time may vary (typically 12:00, 14:00, or 15:00)

• Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless vouchered or on hold

• Transfers between 19:00 and 07:00 are subject to a 50% surcharge

• Airport waiting time: max 60–90 mins from flight landing

• Refunds are subject to cancellation policy

• Guest must follow hotel/resort rules and regulations

• Maximum waiting time: 5 minutes for SIC / 10 minutes for Private tours

• Special requests (e.g. adjoining rooms, smoking/non-smoking, etc.) are subject to availability

• Amendments while on tour must be made through official contacts and are subject to availability and possible extra charges

• Early check-out or shortened stays are considered cancellations and are non-refundable

• No amendments to names, dates, or hotels allowed after booking is vouchered

• We are not liable for delays, technical issues, weather, political events, natural disasters, or cost increases due to fuel or taxes

• Guests must carry valid travel documents, vouchers, passports, ID, and tickets

• In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternative will be arranged, but time lost is not compensated

• Modest dress is required in religious places; comfortable attire in theme parks

• All prices are net and non-commissionable, unless stated in writing

• Packages are valid only for selected travel dates, room types, and listed services

• Immigration or visa issues are subject to full cancellation penalties
